Prices are for one night only and include:

Overnight stays, bathroom linens, bed linens, breakfast, and a garage for motorcycles or a parking space are included. For those arriving by train and therefore without a car, we are available (depending on our commitments and possibilities) to pick them up at the station or take them to the city center, even though the Bed & Breakfast is only one kilometer away and is very well served by public transportation.

To the prices indicated below, 2.20 Euros per person per night must be added (only for the first 5 consecutive nights, excluding children under 12 years of age and other exemptions) as a Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Orvieto.

Air-conditioned room with en-suite bathroom and breakfast:

- Double: € 75.00 ( €100.00 during the Umbria Jazz Winter period )

- Single use: € 55,00

- Small dogs are accepted with a daily supplement of € 10.00 per dog.

Nightly rates for rooms with en-suite bathroom and breakfast are based on the season and number of nights.

Children under 6 receive a 30% discount. The Bed & Breakfast does not accept checks.

The prices of the Bed & breakfasts are usually economic, as the system Bed & Breakfast it allows in fact to lodge near Italian families which making one available or more rooms of own residence, damage the possibility, to those people that desire of a stay in our cities but also to come into contact with our culture and our habits of the place. The inferior cost clearly to that of a hotel and with the cordial and polite reception reserved to the friends. Our price is cheap and lower than others because we do not have online intermediaries where they take percentages on the single reservation, percentage that we should add in the price of the room making it increase.
